Great insurance company. They always have my best interest at heart, and they are always proactive in finding better insurance for us at a better price when it is time to renew both our auto and homeowners policies if our premiums have significantly gone up with our current insurance carrier. Since they are an independent insurance agency, and represent numerous insurance companies they have the option to check out their rates. It’s like having your own personal insurance assistant! They do the work for you, and you don’t even have to ask. They have excellent customer service, which is almost non-existent any more. We work with Sharee there, and she is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She explains all the insurance jargon of the insurance policies and what it means. She explains to you in easy to understand terms what happens should you have a loss in different scenarios. She also really talks to you, and listens to you about what your insurance needs are, and what your concerns are to make sure that your policies covers them. If you are looking to change your insurance carrier, this should be your first stop.

Kara is great. I called a number of other agencies before I talked to Kara and they all seemed to have a take it or leave it kind of attitude. I didn’t get that from the Wiley Agency. When I went to their office they were extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. Best part is they cut my auto insurance premium almost in half. I would strongly recommend talking to the Wiley Agency for anyone shopping for auto and/or home insurance.
