I was very hesitant because I had tried searches on my own previously which only resulted in myriads of sales calls answering the same questions with VERY little to 0 improvement in payment for quality insurance. However, this was very quick and painless! Kara was fantastic and saved me 1/2 what I was paying with better insurance. Can’t beat that! Thank you!

Sharee Campbell from the Derek Wiley Agency was invaluable in helping me make the switch from my former Home/Auto/Umbrella Insurance Co. I initially answered an ad that had been featured in the Roanoke Times, just to see what if any better coverage was available. From my initial conversation with Sharee I was impressed by her knowledge of all the various Policies, how they might apply to my particular needs, and her positive, helpful attitude. I had requested a few other quotes, but after my wife and I worked with Sharee, we knew we were in good hands! Sharee discussed each separate policy with us, any amendments particularly pertaining to our Homeowners Policy. As a result, we ended up with much better coverage for all our insurance needs with no increase in price. We were particularly influenced to go with the Derek Wiley Agency, and Erie Insurance because of the confidence that should we have a problem, Sharee and the Derek Wiley Agency would be there to help. I strongly recommend the Agency, and although we only interfaced with Sharee, I’m sure that same attitude permeates through the whole organization.
