Kara has been an absolute blessing helping me get the right insurance for not only my cars but my home as well. She helped lower my car insurance from half of what I was paying at another agency. This agency is the best.

I recently purchased home and auto insurance through Derek Wiley Agency and worked with their agent Sharee Campbell. Oh my GOSH! 5 stars is not enough to represent how much Sharee went ABOVE and BEYOND for me during this process and beyond. This is my first home and Sharee took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. She asked intentional questions about my home to get me the best price and the best coverage for what I needed specifically. I can tell that she is extremely knowledgeable and even knows a lot about the claims side so she knows how different circumstances will be reimbursed. I was so impressed with her quick turnaround on my quotes. I also feel a lot of peace as a new homeowner because she encouraged me to call back at any time if I had questions about the plans or claims. It’s not just a quote to her; she made sure to build a great relationship with me so I feel comfortable working with her down the road if I need to make a claim. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sharee and even the other team members I interacted with briefly at the agency – What an INCREDIBLE team!
