I couldn’t be happier with a service I received from Sharee at Derek Wiley insurance company. I was satisfied and my previous insurance company but I didn’t realize that I was paying $1,500 more a year than I needed to be paying. I had received a postcard mailer that offered an Amazon gift card if they couldn’t beat my rate by 10%. They knock that out of the park. Sharee was so patient with me explaining and re-explaining all the ins and outs of insurance benefits and worked hard checking all the carriers to find one that best fit my family for umbrella house and auto needs and for our dog. She was super helpful on the phone and wasn’t pushy at all and wasn’t trying to sell or upsell me to a different product, she seemed like she legitimately cared about me and my family and wanted us to save as much money as possible. I went in and met her in person, And she was just as delightful and professional in person than on the phone. Thank you for being available even after hours to answer my insurance questions.
