The rates were competitive and the overall experience was great.
Moving in from another part of the country, we reached out to several agents in the Roanoke area … and found that these folks were not only very quick to respond, they did an excellent job in following thru on the details we provided to put together their proposal. The rates were competitive and the overall experience was great. We highly recommend!

They are all great service agents but I dealt with Sharee. She is great and always answers any questions you have and tries to help.
In fact I think they are ALL great agents at the Derek Wiley Agency, Inc. butI have only dealt with Sharee. They save me a little money on home insurance and lots on car insurance each month. Thank you.

This was a great experience completely stress-free...
Sharee is absolutely great with her kindness and knowledge she made sure I had everything that I needed in a policy. Compared multiple prices and gave me the best deal went over coverages and answered all the questions that I had about the coverages. This was a great experience completely stress-free thanks to Sharee and Kara they make a great team.

I highly recommend this agency.
I found this insurance agency through a Dave Ramsey post for better insurance. I contacted them for a quote. The agent was very thorough, fast, efficient, and timely. I was quoted an amazing rate for double the amount of insurance coverage and added a driver to my policy. I highly recommend this agency.
